I just placed my order, how long before I receive it?
-Processing times will vary throughout the year. I strive to have orders shipped and on their way within 3-5 business days.
I see that my order has shipped, how long before it arrive to my front door?
-Shipping will depend on the carrier service used. Most packages will deliver within 5 business days. I will always attach a tracking number to all packages for you to be able to see where your order is at any given point of time. Please use this resource, it is a great tool!
It seems like it is taking an extra long period of time to get my order, what is taking so long?
-If it has been longer then 10 days from the time you have placed your order and you still have not received it:
First, check your tracking number to see if it could be caught up in the mail system. If this looks to be the case, give your post office or mailing service a call to see if they can assist you.
Second, if you don't see that your package has been mailed out please contact me ASAP at CrossinMyHear@hotmail.com and I will assist you on the status of your order.
My package is lost in the mail, what do I do?
-Contact your mailing service to see if they can assist you. Usually packages can get caught up in the mail and take a few extra days to arrive.
-You are always given the option to purchase additional postage insurance at time of check out. If you feel that your package is in fact lost in the mail, you can use your postal insurance to receive a refund from the POST OFFICE (not Crossin My Heart Creations). There are steps involved with this in addition to time so please be patient with the USPS.
I didn't purchase Postal Insurance and my order is lost in the mail, what do I do?
-This is the most unfortunate of events. Crossin My Heart wishes every customer to be a happy and satisfied customer; however, we can not control the postal service. We can only hope that your item arrives safely and quickly! PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD POSTAL INSURANCE TO EVERY ORDER IN CASE THIS TYPE OF EVENT SHOULD OCCUR!
My package is lost in the mail. Will you mail me out a replacement?
-Unforunately, you will have to place an additional order which needs to be paid in full before any additional products will be sent out.
I need my items AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Can you rush my order?
-In most cases, ABSOLUTELY. There is, however, an additional fee for this service. This fee will only cover the rush end of Crossin My Heart Creations and getting your package into the mail as soon as possible (usually next business day). This will NOT cover any additional fees to upgrade your shipping to be quicker. Please ALWAYS contact me, Shannon, at CrossinMyHeart@hotmail.com before placing a rush order to see if this option is available and what the additional cost for shipping will be.
I don't see what I'm looking for, can you make it for me?
-If you have a photo or a very good despription of what you are wanting, YES most times we are able to create that custom piece you are looking for! We are also happy to match outfits if you have a photo too!

Due to the nature of our products, once they are shipped they are no longer available for a refund. If for some reason you have a change of heart, and your order has not yet shipped, and you wish to reverse your order - then you have a 24 hour window to do this.
